I have same problem with you. I emailed to them 2 week ago and keep follow up, the only from them "still waiting reply from relevant department".
At last, I called to lost card department and scold them. Finally after 2 day they called back said mistake on calculation, balance CB will be credit on next month.
My case issue was, total spending more than 3k, petrol can get 5% but online only get 2%. I don't know what bank system they using to generate CB for their customer.
