Bro, if they are willing to waive your AF and GST, do jot down the officer name who call you to avoid any trouble in future.
It happened November last year, a RHB marketing officer called me and offered 0% interest free for 6 months, I accepted, enroll immediately and pay the minimum amount. To my surprise the next month statement come out they charged me interest for late payment. I was like WTF and raise a complaint to RHB. I end up paying the late interest charge as they couldn't find 'the proof' my call record in their system. It was my fault too as I didn't take note of the officer name who called me!
This time I pandai-pandai send a secure note to RHB, this is what they replied.
