if same bank, normally no need. but different bank, need to provide full document

I applied travel money 1U. Given them my EPF statement.
They called me 1 month later asking for company confirmation letter.
I told them to cancel off the application.
So stupid bank....

i never get black and white for my cancel credit card.
for me, as long as its don't appear anymore on ccris, its good enough. Its take a year to totally remove a cancel credit card from ccris.

one last thing,being this tesco affiliated card, there wont be any benefit if i use it for something unrelated to tesco,

One of the benefit is :

You don't have to settle your credit bills immediately. For added flexibility, you have an extra 20 days from the date of your statement to settle the outstanding amount

Example: Bill statement 15 June and Due 5 July. Meaning they will add another 20 more days from 5 July ?
