Applied RHB Visa Platinum via form fill-in at the branch, but sending all supporting documents through email online. However, being stuck-ed on so-called last stage which need to fill-up form regarding agreement on Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) at any branches and email-back it to customer.service@rhbgroup.com?

What a ridiculous and nonsense marketing here? Never interested on RHB cards, as only keen on its 0% interest for Balance Transfer benefits. Therefore, has ignored them since then.

No branches listed there anymore.  So now no more instant card?

EDIT:  Realized many parts of RHB website are blank.  Maybe website problem.

Other than my IC, what else do I need to bring to RHB Paradigm Mall for the instant card issuance?
*
got la...

just need IC only. EPF statement can print in the kios there.
although not required, but no harm to bring 3 mths payslip with u.

Went to apply for a Plat card at Paradigm Mall. Whole process from applying to getting the card took about 30 minutes. Asked for freebie and got a Starbucks card with RM10 value. So, remember to ask when applying!

Looking at the FP, there's no details of annual fee waiver or GST offset... anybody has experience? I think first year annual fee is free, right? I got the Plat. Credit limit a few thousand less than my OCBC Tit.

Oh... maybe really out of stock. When I asked, he had to check with someone to see if there's still any left.

Buy 1 free 1 movie ticket at Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) with your RHB Visa payWave Card every Friday to Sunday from now until 31 August 2014

Meaning need to use the payWave feature to be eligible, or still can just swipe? If use the payWave feature, there is still a receipt and need to sign right?

Thanks for the reply on the receipt...no signature feel kinda unsecure.

Last month, I made a call to RHB to cancel my RHB Visa Signature credit card, within 3 working days I received a call from RHB, fix line no: 0320531361 saying that they can waive the GST and annual fee. Don't know how true is their statement, I should have record it. Anyway, I'm going to cancel it soon as it doesn't benefit me much.

Thanks. May I ask, do you spend much on the card? The PPL lounge access and 1% for overseas could be useful for me, so will keep it if they make the same offer.
