If want to apply Instant CC at RHB Paradigm, then must print your EPF statement at the RHB branch itself.

Last I checked.. EPF statement printed from the machine regardless of bank is the same...

My January 2014 Dining Rebate (15%) was credited earlier this time... and they lump in a single total instead per transaction (for Dec's rebate).

Somehow I think RHB doesn't have a proper system to do this rebate.

most likely they have real human doing manual report calculations, then pump the rebates to eligible accounts.

maybe their projection is low, so cant justify budget to enhance the system to create auto-rebate calculation and crediting.

that's the "human" problem smile.gif

anything that need human intervention is highly not recommended, especially dealing with money.

not to forget there is accountability issue as well (e.g. staff resigned, on sick/maternity leave, change dept/division, fraud, etc.)

but we dont know how RHB do this. just speculations sweat.gif
