My colleague who applied about the same time as I did last month hasn't got his card nor call from the branch to pick up the card. He said didn't receive SMS about the card has been sent out too.

Just now, he tried to reach out to RHB CS and apparently as famous as its reputation, RHB CS is always never fail to disappoint you by extremely hard to get hooked up to the real person to talk to.

WMC or VS ya? The agent wanted to apply WMC for me without noticing I wanted Shell Visa, after I told her I only need Shell Visa now, she applied that for me.

I told her I will add the cards later if I need to. Actually the biggest barrier for me is SST RM 25 for each card. I read both WMC or VS looks similar but different categories, so if I want to use for online I guess I will stick to VS. Or both also no good?

I will recommend VS as you may go to recreational club, theme park (entertainment), departmental and clothing stores (shopping).

And any tips to get hold on CS? I called 12 times and none of them was connected to CS. All asked me to try again and said goodbye to me.

Can buy AEON vouchers at AEON Departmental.

I also thought so cause CS said any spending as long as rm50 above.. but someone here told me not so

Same, and my friend got CB RM25 - first spend at shell rm70.

Same here. Applied early Feb, agent called and said to expect a call from the branch to collect my card but till now still nothing.
