Hence, you need to remit the necessary payment within the payment dateline as to avoid additional financial charges.

However, the Bank would absorb the CST if you agree to maintain the credit card and to perform either one of the following,

i) Spend / swipe 3x using your credit card within 2 weeks or,
ii) Sign up for RHB Balance Transfer/CashXcess/Dial-An-Instalment (for Principal cardholder only) or,
iii) Sign up with 1 auto billing (Smart pay).

Each card need to perform either one on above transaction.

EDIT: Ah I checked with app, app got show maintenance till 9am. Dunno why website don't show the same.

The old site ( https://logon.rhb.com.my/ ) isn't though. RIP =*( I hate these mobile-first designs.

EDIT: Wth, the new site can't seem to do the following:-

Schedule duitnow payments (I do this for CC bills) for future date
Save credit card numbers as transfer details (it says 'invalid account number')

Also the only benefit of the new website is supposed to be that it matches the app, but.... doesn't seem to reflect? What's the point of all this wei....

Anyone know how to do the two things above?

If you use tng ewallet, you may use the duitnow feature to pay your cc account or loan account. Just key in the bank, account number, amount.

By using this method to pay cc & loan, will be very high possibility of getting ban right?

And before someone try to accuse me again, i would like to clarify that i have never tried to immediately transfer out after reload tng with cc before. Why? It's not because i know the risk and i tried to hide it from anyone.

It's because i use tng as my savings account + fd by putting it into go+. I always maintained it at rm9.5k to get 90sen interest every day. And i only transfer out to pay all my cc & loan accounts when they are due.

it is more like no response on the terminal side, which leads me to suspect the card itself may be faulty.. the error shown after a while is time out error, and asking to retry again
just wondering if we end-users have a way to check if it is working as usual or not
but anyhow since the plastic on the card is already peeling off, maybe can hit two birds with one stone by asking them to reissue a new card
