my personal experience, when i getting a housing loan ~700k ish,
apply from few bank, all other banks approved with 90% margin, but suddenly this P bank that i attempt to choose give only 80% margin,
when asked, they say is due to the 30k 0% thing, it seem reflect to them that we need to use CC limit for down payment, so they reduce margin to 80%.

need to appeal and show proof of savings, only they will approve 90%

i have the same prob. totally no cb at all.
just called rhb cs, was told that quite a number of cust have the same prob of no cb for statement date 26th.

they'll investigate and credit bck

they tell me the same but i tell them i disagree.
the missing cb must be credited immediately or soonest possible and not on 26 july.

they say will inform the relevent dept

got it too.

mine is 26th statement date.
cb not in statement, only got it on 29th.
did not make any call to complaint

its good for them to give reminder.
but probably a SMS will do.

not much ppl will like to hav calls

that's the reason why i never bother to join the e-Commerce promotion.

CIMB don't allow that too.
i use rebate to offset statement balance yet being charged interest.

i make a big fuss about it and they eventually agree to waive the interest charge.

for 26th statement date keep happening for months already.

for RHB, any cash back can offset as payment right?

yes.
that's what i worry of.
although can call in request waiver but its a hassle for us.

so far as i know CIMB can't.

wait a few days more, sometimes they will b late in crediting the cb

win win situation.

save their time and ours.

if reload 1k, you only get RM10 cb not RM50

you need min 2.5k monthly spend to get RM50 cb

about 2 months to be credited.

i been waiting since Jan.
they approved the SST rebate request when i call them 27 Jan.

but i'm not getting the SST rebate yet till now.
everytime i call them they keep asking to wait for next statement
