Update: rhb CS informed they have internal technical issue, and should receive the statement within this week

Just an update, the cashback has been credited after called CS.

I sent email via rhb online. 3 working days passed but I haven't got reply yet.

Seems that it's hard to get through their phone line. Any other ways to ask for the service tax rebate?

Otp time stamp is 12:00:12 (when arrive at the page).

I always screen record my transaction so i remember. During the 24 25th december special day, my timestamp is 12.00.01 and 12.00.02.

And yet didnt win anything.

So really dont know how rhb generate the FCFS listing

I check my 24 n 25 dec transaction. They capture the correct transaction date, but scared too early for campaign? Not sure.

Same like SCB spend & win campaign. If u topup shopeepay sharp at 12.00.01am-12.00.05am they capture correct transaction date but the campaign link will start from 4XXX - continuation from the previous day, before it reset back to 0xxxx for non-winning link campaign.

I have same problem with you. I emailed to them 2 week ago and keep follow up, the only from them "still waiting reply from relevant department".

At last, I called to lost card department and scold them. Finally after 2 day they called back said mistake on calculation, balance CB will be credit on next month.

My case issue was, total spending more than 3k, petrol can get 5% but online only get 2%. I don't know what bank system they using to generate CB for their customer.

Just curious, for those using Shell Visa or other cards but pump at Shell, worth getting Bonuslink as well? I see that effectively RM100 spent gives RM1 returns, so effective cashback of 1%, with additional bonuses during campaigns. Wondering if it is worth it.
