I have changed my device a couple of times, recent one was last month. I logged out account from the old device, and logged into my new device. No problem both times.

My friend changed to a new device recently too, also did the same without any issue. Just a week ago, he accidentally took his old phone (old man didn't realise it at all ) and logged into tng (at the same time thinking why he had to log in again....haha) and linked the old device. Only after that realised it was his old phone that he had linked. Panic for awhile....haha. Then decided to just log out from the old device, log into new device, and link the new device. He was asked to confirm if he wanted to unlink from the old device, I think there was OTP if I'm not mistaken, then after that it's done. So far so good, using it without any problem.
