i got the same reply from cust advocacy stating statement Dec 25.
but they say on the phone latest by Dec, ask us to check regularly mayb we could get it earlier.
and i received missing cashback from 26 Sept statement on 7 Nov.

correct cb amount for old cb t&c.

but cb amount for revised t&c cb is wrong. (suspect wrong tier of cb)
make another complaint to them to check.

yes. i finally got the wrong calculation cash back.
they are quite fast this round, to credit back the wrongly calculated cash back.

7/11 - received 1st round missing cash back Sept, but received less, some category wrongly calculated under new t&c.
8/11 - reported to cust advocacy.
14/11 - received wrongly calculated cash back Sept

did not receive UTILITIES cashback for Oct-2025 , 26 Nov statement.

lodge another complaint.

non stop complaint

make a complaint ask them to check and credit the missing cb.
they count it wrong again.

it's stated very clearly in the t&c.
while PTPTN is a gov trx, it does not quality for any cashback, but it should be part of total spend (tier).

missing utilities cb Nov statement still not credited despite being reported since 27 Nov.
probably need some push from their cust advocacy team again

I still did not receive missing utilities CB in Nov 2025, despite calling their CS to complaint nicely on 27 Nov.

Seem like what they need is a push like you did, only able to did their job properly .
