My card magically got approved after 2 months. Applied before MCO, so I opt to self-collect at branch.

Call CS and no pick-up. Emailed and no reply.

Today branch manager in KL called me self-collect (i live in Puchong btw).

The best part? I ask them to courier to my home address and they said can’t. Really speechless

indeed, their customer service experience need to improve.

just a small tips for you
when you collect your credit card, remember to register your mobile number at counter
else i bet they will call you and ask you go to brunch to register again.
register mobile number at atm didn't work for credit card (only work for debit card)

so far RHB need to collect from branch

i being charge service tax on March, paid already, forgot to call for waive or cashback. didnt use it on April until now.

if i cancel my card now, will the RM25 be refunded?

if no transaction after SST, u can cancel without paying.

i don't think bank will refund lo...

but rhb ok 1, 1st year they charged, then approaching 2nd year i told them i want cancel the card due to SST unable to rebate and they told me i can request after the SST is charged, same for my supp card

ok.because last month my citibank kena charge, again i paid already then only call for waive but rejected by them. so i proceed to cancel it eventhough already paid the rm25, but after 1 month of cancel, they refund back my money. maybe that is because i never use that card. this rhb card i still got use one time after sst is charge.

sorry i overlooked your msg, then confirm non refundable.
unless they give you in the form of rebate as part of retention offer.

been try ocbc and hlb

i tried this morning. no problem for HLB instant trsfer to RHB
