How long usually RHB processed a CC application? Seems like it slower than other banks?
Applied via Ringgitplus on 25 Feb. 26th received confirmation that documents have been sent to RHB. Today call their phonebanking, still doesn't have my IC record in their applicants database. |

RHB service sux
My card magically got approved after 2 months. Applied before MCO, so I opt to self-collect at branch. Call CS and no pick-up. Emailed and no reply. Today branch manager in KL called me self-collect (i live in Puchong btw). The best part? I ask them to courier to my home address and they said can’t. Really speechless |

Got the card today. |
