Hi, i'm new user to this bank

today i called to their customer service to ask about internet banking.

i had register my mobile number at atm but their system keep showing my number was not registered.

then the customer service girl said i registered online purchase otp but not online banking otp and ask me to go atm register my mobile number again.

i remember there is only one option at atm to register mobile number.

so is that true that there're 2 type of otp we need to register?

RHB should improve their workflow, their agent should inform us earlier when we pick up the card at branch.

Now i have to go to their branch again if the atm method didn't work

indeed, their customer service experience need to improve.

just a small tips for you
when you collect your credit card, remember to register your mobile number at counter
else i bet they will call you and ask you go to brunch to register again.
register mobile number at atm didn't work for credit card (only work for debit card)
this is my previous experience
