U should ask before apply, so far they charge me on 1st SST charge and able to get rebate on 2nd year

if I use RHB Visa Signature to spend on clothing website online (take uniqlo/adidas as example), the cashback will fall on online category or shopping category?

(1) Grabpay - unfortunately it is SSL-EC so ONLINE, not falling under OTHERS for additional 0.2% CB.

(2) Online (from my past experience).

Grabpay SSL-EC is under ONLINE for RHB VS.
Online CB is capped at RM30 so I won't get extra CB (>RM1500 from Bigpay/Boost/Shopee).

Oh you take VS case as example.

Further to your concern, kindly be advice that submission of the application form and the required documents, you need send it to the nearest RHB branch as the documents must original sighted and verified at branch level first, for onward submission to our processing department.

RHB VS capped online cashback at RM30. I want to save up my BigPay quota, so I do the following transactions.

If RM1,500 (BigPay) + RM1,000 (CC retail spending or payments via FPX) still okay right? But I will only get max. RM30 cashback.

Not sure on FPX/Jompay if it is considered a part of spending.
Before Bigpay+Boost and Maybank FCB VS were born, I spent on Government-related transactions (0% CB) + Insurance + online transactions to meet RM2500/3500 spendings.

I have confirmed with RHB. Min. spending requirements include all credit card retail spending or payments via JomPay & FPX.

For example, RM1,500 (BigPay) + RM1,000 (JomPay &/or FPX) = RM2,500

2% cashback for the online category is RM30.

Applied RHB credit card in Jan 2020 and got the sms confirmation to collect in Jan 14th.

Till date, the credit card are yet to deliver to the branch for collection. This is really disappointing.

Try to call the customer service hotline also cannot go through because it keep asking me to key in the credit card number.. faint


If i didnt activate the card, RHB cant charge me anything (sst and annual fee) right? Feel like giving up and dont want to follow up already

Is TNG eWallet (Saved or unsaved card) considered "Online" for RHB VS?
