This bank have the worst workflow ever for credit card

I donno why i must went to branh to register the same hp number for online banking ,even i registered and they sms me say successful but im not able to login as im not went to counter register for the damn otp which also the same hp number
And they will mention in the letter u may do it at atm ,but in fact it doesn't work
2nd i cant find a damn info in their website how to activate the card ,it only show inside the letter come with the card
This is ridiculous ,while now all bank should be able activate the card online ,but rhb dont even have a single info ,even how i should type the sms also dint show
3rd i try to follow the sms way ,but end up no response also
End up i have to call in the ivr for activation

The worst bank i ever meet
Until now i cant login my online until i go to the branch to register...

If u using RHB ATM/debit card, if u want to increase the daily ATM withdraw limit, u cannot do it at ATM. u need to email to RHB customer service to beg them to increase the ATM withdrawal limit.

The CS told me the rebate credit after 2-3 months but to my surprise, it is already in~

Ya the online banking OTP request is really troublesome. Went to their branch to register, they don't even know why need to do this. Until now more than a month it's still not done yet, maybe the branch didn't really do the right thing.

Mine was done in 3working days after I went to the branch

1 month is too long,better register again

How did you apply?

Last year they charged me on 4 Jan 2019, so before they charge me this year i call to request cancel the card
Then they ask me why wanna cancel, i told them because last year CS said cant get SST rebate, so this year d9nt want to continue and cancel lo
Then they said will ask retention team to call me and offer me any one swipe to get the rebate and credit within 2-3 months

Hi bro, just to understand this, meaning Bigpay is considered "online" for the VS card CB calculation right?

And if I need to pay 4k insurance, shall I reload 4k to BP and earn the RM30 CB? or any other combination to get more CB?

Any good sign up offers for cashback visa? So far only saw rm50 from rhb website and luggage from ringgitplus.

There's a rm200 from shopback. Just google it. But will take you bout 2 month before able to withdraw it.
