Yeah, can be a trap. Just keep the $ roll in 1 month eFD nod.gif

Programme is open to all eligible Cardmembers (Principal card only) with Cards approved from
15 May 2013 until 17 August 2013, both dates inclusive (“the Programme Period”).

I cancel out this section in my application form. Maybe I will need to write in to get a black and white confirmation.

7. The Cardmember must indicate at the RHB Generic Credit Card Application Form to opt for either one only of the following programmes:-
(i) 0% Balance Transfer for 6 months Programme OR
(ii) 0% Finance Charges on retail transactions for 6 months Programme

Also, clause 10 seems vague:
10. This Programme is not applicable in conjunction with any RHB’s ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated.

Need to check whether transactions are under the 5% cash back promo catogery is it still eligible or not.

shit.. i also cancelled off that section because i thought if we accept that 0% finance we no longer entitled for the Cash Back promo.

Must call the CS and ask them if we can get both together.

The RM150 Cash Back & 0% Finance Charges are UNDER the SAME promotion ... under the same T&C document.

I've received my GST RM50 charged about 1 week after card approval date.

Latest reply from Customer Service:

Rebates will be creditted at the End of Statement Date.

If that's the case, my GST would be paid by my 5% UNLIMITED rebate already smile.gif

My concern is on bill payment. I will make a small payment to TNB to check its eligibility. If my card is approved that is, they are too slow!

Yes... supports a number of payees on RHBNow portal.

I'll ask the Customer Service for firm answer in B&W.
I found Prudential Assurance listed..... and we can pay via RHB Credit Card.

The list looks extensive. Hope it allows payment using CC. Some of the merchants can only be paid from CASA if using CIMB.

But their human not very knowledgeable... everything will call you back afterwards. At least they confirm the info (rather than shooting in the dark)
