Cyberjaya of course will be next hot spot...but when?
Better put money to established areas such PJ, Cheras, Puchong etc first.....at least we know tat places got cacthment, amenities, better coverage of public transport..... Invest at the place u known better than place u just guessing guessing only... Good luck to all investors tat still in BBB mood...Cheers.. |

Science Park 2 under PKNS located at Cyberjaya's border has a water theme park in their master plan but the development there is stalled ever since PKR took over Selangor state. The only building I can see at the moment at Science Park 2 is Qcell and one block of high rise condo.
Don't understand why PKR is not taking any actions to stimulate the economic growth in this project. In fact they should promote the industrial land at Science Park 2 to high technology MNCs like Qcell. QCell already there before PKR took over but No progress ever since PKR took over Selangor. How sad!!!.. A sad stage of development... Putrajaya holding is also planning for a theme park but don't know when are they going to execute it. It will take two years to complete the facilities and it is now at a land deal signing stage. Moving in tandem with the fast-growing home furnishing industry, which is worth a whopping RM50 billion per annum, Harvey Norman will kick off a new megastore in Paragon Mall, Penang, this month. This will make the number of stores it has to 12 in total, since its entrance into Malaysia in 2003. "We have recorded a 28 per cent revenue growth in the last three years. We expect to sustain this momentum for another three years." Harvey Norman has invested RM300 million in its business expansion plan in Malaysia in the last decade. Moving on, it will continue to aggressively expand with a capital outlay of RM150 million under a five-year expansion plan it embarked on in 2011. |

Frankly I can say the best selling point for Cyberjaya are :-
1. Nice infras with nice landscaping. I can't say it is well planned as it is still lacking of business sentiment, it is more of a western designed township than a typical Asian (or Malaysian) type. 2. Proximity to Airport Cyberjaya is indeed not very far from KL (bout 40km), but every time when I travel down via MEX, I feel a bit lonely after Bkt Jalil, compared the same distance from KLCC to Klang (bout 40km), I pass Bangsar, PJ, Sunway, Subang, Shah Alam, you are more excited. Instead of hoping Cyberjaya to become a "tourist hotspot" with building those theme parks, I would rather expect those upcoming development next to KLIA. be more realistic besides of themepark, I think Cyber needs kingergarden,language center and good cafe like The Bee, Red bean Bag, Acme Coffee & Bar etc etc....this will be able to pull the crowd

How often do u visit Cyberjaya n where is your work place? U r vry familiar with cyberjaya.
