Cyberjaya is abit out of focus by government recently. Now no need to be so far, back to KL city centre. They are focus on Tun Razak Exchange as finance hub, Sungai Besi airbase will have government project and a lot of activity near mid Valley area due to mrt/lrt interchange. To me Cheras, Pudu, Sungai Besi, Pandan Jaya, Ampang more likely. By the time all these places grow. Cyberjaya soon to be forgotten and haunted. To be frank cyberjaya abit at outskirt side.

QUOTE(1282009 @ Nov 9 2013, 12:33 PM) Simple fact. Low Occupancy rate = No people = Low commercial activity = No boom town Until government plan on public transport kick in. Investor still have to wait. As for now no special news heard yet. I will invest the moment I hear some wind or sound on township planning. Nice bricks without occupancy/activity means nothing.

QUOTE(blowwater101 @ Nov 9 2013, 01:27 PM) I think like this, even if public transport kick in cyber...why ppl take lrt to cyber ? I mean why they want to go cyber? bcos of the job opportunity? study ? or other reason...if this is the reason, even no LRT they will still go to cyber example for me to think... pudu is still the pudu even tho there is LRT. Desa park city from nothing until today without public transport. Exactly, I'm finding an excuse to hope cyberjaya got potential in near future. However, like you say even got public transport it's not 100% sure will revive cyber. I agree with your insight bro.

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Nov 9 2013, 02:29 PM) Nope. But you can write to them. They will respond. You can visit their office in Cyberjaya to understand the master plan. Dun copy other project they should think of something new. Stop building big Mosque like putrajaya, no return. (Not racist). Retain a spot at forest build world class recreation spot. Night safari etc... may be Disneyland or Universal Studio something like that. Malaysia had enough of mall. If cyber can have investor to build place like this sure boom town. The problem is need to have the right hero to do it. KV had enough of all these mall. Sick and tired of mall and night spot. KV need these kinda place, Malaysia needs it and the world need natural recreational place. However must be branded world class in order to attract regional visitor, once concept is good commercial will take place. No mrt or lrt but have shuttle bus and travel bus go there. If cyberjaya ever accept my crazy idea to reserve land for world class recreational park please let me know. Somebody developer/government should think of something to boost the country name and create job opportunity. Get foreign currency inflow instead of cheating citizen money. Country income never increase just by earning from local citizen.

Nice development. If build now sure can move the cyber market. But what's the meaning of competition as stated in the link below? http://www.bicuadro.it/Architecture-10.html

QUOTE(DrPitchard @ Nov 16 2013, 11:48 PM) http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/listing/hdb...e-link-14754014A very good example with what you can get with RM1.5mil in Singapore. Less than 1,000 sqft and it's a HDB only. Singapore will be nice to live if you are still earning and net worth growing, but if you've retired, and it's money going out, I rather have money going out at a pace that is not so fast... Yes, in terms of quality living in your own unit. However in terms of per month rental. RM 1.5 mil cyber luxury home can't get you rental return of RM6k plus per month as for current market rate. Hence your 1.5 mil is not generating income for you. May be some high income earner doesn't mind but for me is a substantial amount of money. Best scenario is to secure a nice retirement home and have a unit of hdb rent out upon retire.
