This thread is all about the next phase of growth for Cyberjaya. Lets put aside the past of Cyberjaya and look forward.

From chart below, btw 1997-2008, Cyberjaya basically underwent very slow growth. In 2013 alone, more than 11bil invested which is 2x of the investment btw 1997-2008. 10 years wasted by our crappy government!!!

If the figure in 2013 continue to grow for the next 3 to 5 years. Total investment can easily surpasses RM100bil. By then, Cyberjaya will turn better than worst.

So far no. But I will ask Cyberview. Their aim is to grow Cyberjaya in the coming 3 to 5 yrs. Very critical to them. They need to perform.

Nope. But you can write to them. They will respond. You can visit their office in Cyberjaya to understand the master plan.

Dun copy other project they should think of something new. Stop building big Mosque like putrajaya, no return. (Not racist). Retain a spot at forest build world class recreation spot. Night safari etc... may be Disneyland or Universal Studio something like that. Malaysia had enough of mall. If cyber can have investor to build place like this sure boom town. The problem is need to have the right hero to do it. KV had enough of all these mall. Sick and tired of mall and night spot. KV need these kinda place, Malaysia needs it and the world need natural recreational place. However must be branded world class in order to attract regional visitor, once concept is good commercial will take place. No mrt or lrt but have shuttle bus and travel bus go there.

Cyberjaya is like subang jaya 20 years ago la... due to international airport... but after 20 yrs, now every1 can fly mah. how to replace cyberjaya, that is unik place. ++ many mnc.

If cyberjaya ever accept my crazy idea to reserve land for world class recreational park please let me know. Somebody developer/government should think of something to boost the country name and create job opportunity. Get foreign currency inflow instead of cheating citizen money. Country income never increase just by earning from local citizen.

Still think mosque and hospital are needed there!

I like recreational space...i like to get closed to nature! Which i dont get to do everyday...

Work nearby home....walk if can but thats too much to ask now...

Hi Experts, Mutiara Ville by Seri Mutiara Development in Cyberjaya a good one to invest (for rent)?

Moving forward I think people mindset about Cyber started to change. Lately found out from my friend that he is sending his two children to ELC ( international school) in Cyber.

When I first introduced SH to him he was hesitating and instead bought a house in USJ height due to closer to siblings houses and good school around Subang & USJ. But now he is sending his children to ELC. He admitted that SH has more room for capital appreciation as the ambients in SH are superb and furthermore it is in well planned green city. He is thinking of buying his second home in Cyber.

After visited my PLE bungalow land. A friend of mine sold (cash out) his bungalow lot in Bukit Jalil golf n country resort and bought a unit in MBTL and a bungalow lot at PLE.

Any interesting profiles near ur lot?

How much is the bungalow lot now? Are u staying in cyberjaya now?
