My opinion is eventually CBJ will attain most of the WOW factors in a matter of time. However the current property prices is running ahead of the curve. The more wealthy can buy but it limits the younger generation thus the introduction of the shoebox units to cater for this. If property price is more affordable, people will not complain about the lacking of WOW factors as it will be in line with the development.

Anyway with the introduction of affordable housing the population demography would be interesting to see in the next few years.

Cyberjaya is a vibrant intelligent city and definitely not, a Death or ghost town.

not every project in cheras/bukit jalil/pj also 800-1000psf wan.

managed to get a project in cheras for under 400psf. Bukit Jalil under 800psf.....all have good selling points on their own. I am not guru so allow me to make mistake.
