too bad at D'PULZE all the japanese food and korea food no serve pork.
pork is the essence part for jap and korean foods.

Japanese food without pork sure missing the real essence of japanese food.
macam world famous japanese juicy fried pork, and the famous japanese tasty black pork noodle soup...
sure banyak japanese expat sibeh tulan to stay here and boycott this mall.

Malls to survive must have this:

1) cinemas

2) hypermarket

3) good n strategic location n easy to access...

4) refurbishes every 5-6 years with new design...

They dont want to alienate the muslim market here...proll they did a feasibiloty study n found out they woud sacrificea very big chunk of customer population if they did that...

If im not mistaken....Kampachi is the award winning Japanese restaurant in Malaysia...they don't serve pork also...

kampachi in pavilion good biz also....

Jaya Grocer and TGV are well qualified...

best if the mall have RED BOX or Neway Karaoke

Entertainment, without this the development of this area will be a lot slower. Less place to spend money, less attractions, less money comes in.

But the property here are selling KL /PJ price.. even without all the facilities. I guess it's more on rental play this area, which is a long term game.

aiya... sarawak there tak ada issue ini. all live harmony.
malai go cina kopitiam makan even some sell pork also no mind as long as they don't eat.
hindu and some cina go malai stall makan also just avoid makan beef only.
only sarawak is truly 1 malaysia.

just need 5%-10% non halal food at this mall ok liao. not asking for more. and this not putrajialat area.
ini baru attract more expats stay and come to this mall mah. if not susah attract expat come here.

i got malai friends like to go makan macam Jin Xuan dim sum, kim gary restaurant ada pork punya.
they just order cheese bake beef rice makan or some dim sum not made of pork only.
and they damn like this food.. can't find anywhere.
just avoid the food with pork only. most funny part is they bring me there not i bring them.
i shocked n said to them ada pork 1 ohh ru know boh? they say they know just masuk saja. jangan macam nenek...

It is good to see my frequent visit restaurant/ shop like Madam Kwan, Plan B, Zanmai , Rakuzen, Noodle shop (pan mee same like the one at curve), CB, Daiso, Jaya Grocer, Yamaha, MPH, Mynews.com, Watson, ACE hardware etc are all here at DPulze. Not a karaoke, bowlinh or cinema person here. Well, Sing, Watch, Play, Read, Eat, Drink, Shop,.... not sure what else ppls want Cyberjaya to have more. It is a good start, progressive improvement is the key. No point to speculate now whether it can survive or not. Harlo, they have not even started, Lol.

Students at least have place to hang around and working group can conveniently shop for groceries or dine before heading back home without the hassle of jam or carpark. Thats all cyberian do not have before Dpluze is up. Gradually, people may accept it is now can live there and boost the night population. Those who want to move in and thinking to get a place at Cyberjaya, be it highend residences or pr1ma, low absolute small studio as 1st house can now reconsider it. No statistics to prove, in Malaysia once the mall is up, population and price will up. That's my generally observation. My2cent.
