Only started last year there are more chinese restaurant mushrooming in cyberjaya.... cannot blame those who rarely visit cyberjaya...
All the one you mentioned are relatively new..

Serin many complains about water & electric.

Building wise, Quality ok?

All taikors here...need a bit of advice

With limited bullet, i need to consider quite thoroughly and carefully. The story is I booked SH Schubert about 3 weeks ago. After that only I've realized that there are many nice landed development in Cyberjaya.   

So in order not to regret my decision, need some opinions. This property will be own stay. Need it quick, move in within 6 mths -1 year. So beside the nice neighbourhood, I'm also considering whether the property is value for money & also long term appreciation.

Base on thethe following, I've ruled out Sejati & Areca. Contemplating between the other 4.... and also open to suggestion.... ANY opinions and advises? Thks 

1) Sejati Residence (Out of budget)
2) Areca Cotempo Homes (Out of consideration coz construction not even started)
3) Mansion Park
4) Trillium
5) Setia Eco Glades
6) Symphony Hills
7) Summerglades

U work in kl stay in cyber ppl will think u crazy. Travel so far n pay high toll lol

do you know pay toll "oso" jam?
i don't mind to pay toll to have smooth drive but look at many of the tolled roads
always jam
no difference but MEX so far is quite smooth

most of my fren like to work there....especially those who currently staying in puchong...one of the con is expensive food la...

Cyberview must improve the road surface condition after most of the major construction is done. I canot tahan the road condition in cyberjaya now.

Work, stay, play, study - main four components of developing cyber.
Work - no doubt this component is in good shape now but still can bring it to another higher level prior to launching CCC. 

Stay - so many high end residential projects with varies concepts being developed to cater different demands. Obviously the supply is enough for next few years thus it make sense for cyberview not to sell anymore lands to private sectors for residential purpose.

Play - 3 years ago is absolutely zero. But now there is massage centre and karaoke inside SS. D Pulze mall although delay but construction works are nearly completed. Just a matter of time when to open in next few months. Centrus CBD 3 - construction works nearly completed and has started adv to look for tenants in Q1 2015. Another matter of time when to open. IOI resort mall - the size that is bigger than mid valley. Opening in nov and it's only 10mins driving time from cyber! Hey, 10 mins only what... Big factor to boost the "play" factor for prop in cyber. Sky park - opening in 2017. The GEM mall - from the facade looks completed. Don't know what's the developer plan to establish this mall? Maybe a giant? Mini tesco? Dun know but it's a matter of time also for opening.
F&B in cyber? Last time were mamak and limited choices but now too many that ppl being pampered. 

Study - LKW, MMU, CUCMS, colleges etc. no need to further explain. SRJK C Union - 60% of the fund collected. Opening in 2017.

Conclusion - nobody knows when can cyber be mature.
But, looking at the progress for last 2 years. More and more ppl changing their perception on cyber. Ppl moving in slowly. Crowd starts to be seen in F&B area. More F&B opening compare 3 years ago.. Just a matter of time to be vibrant and livable. Once all In place, it doesn't make sense for cyber workers not to stay inside and choosing traveling in jam for hours. Besides, the spill over effect from
Puchong, SK and non cyber workers (ppl like us working in KLCC area), 20 mins drive w/o jam via MEX will not hesitate to move in. The potential of cyber is great however how long it takes to be mature - nobody knows but it will be too late to buy once you seen the effect especially landed prop!

I am talking about the cars on the road....just like when you drove to Putrajaya, not many cars on the road compare to when you drove to Puchong or Serdang, there are so many cars and activity...

I found it it's alr difficult to find parking at shaftbury square nowaday unless you park at multi storey area.
With so many projects being VP soon, it's a matter of time to see double parking, traffic jam etc issue.

what you included is by travel time....by distance Cyber is indeed located further...
and well we are discussing on why people work in cyber wouldnt choose to stay there ...

true facts: people would rather stay in greater KL regions and travel to cyberjaya rather than to buy there and live there
PLUS people would rather travel there than to rent there...

i have many friends that work in cyberjaya that are actually from greater parts of KL and when i asked them why dont you stay in Cyberjaya since u work there, rather than to travel.
u knw wht i got as an answer?

u can argue there will be people willing to rent there or buying a property there and staying there. but somehow the majority dont atm...
