Just ignore whatever ppl said, do your own homework and trust your own judgement... If you like this place I'm sure others may like it too...

Some ppl mindset are, if you like to eat abalone, you need to eat 10 pcs or all abalones at 1 go to show how likey you are to abalone... Hahaha... Amazing...

20 cents increase in petrol will increase the construction cost 15-20%, congrats to early buyer...

not because of the food expensive... its because 10%+6%.... and cyberjaya need more food court/restaurant which is without 10%+6%.....

I've seen this map before from MPSepang, it's crossing directly infont MMU, and interchange in btw nadayu and tamarind, and straight down to vega residence and then going up to Taman putra perdana...

IOI city mall too far away... 15-20 min drive from symphony hills... preferred nearer shopping mall.. like gem in mall and dpulze is good enough....

i think possibility centrus open first, and dpulze still not open...

said end of oct, then first week of nov, then now b4 xmas..... later said b4 CNY, then and so and so... ended up, developer chao lou, abandon mall.. lolz...

its difficult to tell who open first, as u see, Dpulze delayed since 1Q until now 4Q, and still unknown date... anything can happen... so nothing is for sure?? haha...

have you witness any mall opening? is it possible announce a day before opening? or maybe they need a few days/weeks notice before opening?

if unable to hold for 5, 10 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 years, go elsewhere... dont buy in cbj... overnight profit investment, can try your luck at genting... cbj only for patient buyer..

Besides that, possible discuss whats the impact on HSR if really construct at putrajaya??

I passed by dpulze today.... Don't think officially open on 29 oct... It's still a big mess at lobby...
