Any property u bought outside ciber few years back also risen 60-90% lah....
Its the general inflation of properties....not limiting to ciber only.

Since when ioi mall is part of ciber lioa? U still need to travel 10-15kms to ioi mall if not mistaken.

if strictly for longer term investment (saved flipping for the experts)...say 5 years time horizon....
if bought ciber in 2010 and realised it next year vs investment in Puchong/SK/Bukit Jalil....which area netted you more?

not every project in cheras/bukit jalil/pj also 800-1000psf wan.

managed to get a project in cheras for under 400psf. Bukit Jalil under 800psf.....all have good selling points on their own. I am not guru so allow me to make mistake.

Sorry I just dun see cyber as some cyber lovers do here.

HSR.....an over > 10 years project, if it really materialised. So you advocate buying Cyber now and wiat for the egg to slowly hedge? beside, there are other stops too......like Kuala Lumpur and Ayer Keroh.......

IOI mall is in Ciber meh? its like 10-15kms away. If IOI Mall is the selling point, why not just buy kajang properties?

Fren, 5 yrs they cant even complete the lrt project....let along 300kms high speed track.

Now spore is putting a brake on the project. U guys are dreaming if its up n running in 2020. More so if jib kor loses the top job.

Wat has going overseas got to do with ciber debate? Yes eventually when hsr is up n running of course it will benefitting ciber...but which investors are going to invest now hoping for some project which may or may not taken place in the future?
