Heard tat nowadays many gng oso got break in. Last wk heard a case in sunway spk. Suppose to b quite safe there. I love gng. But ll cyber gng b any diff??? I stil gov do sthg.

However, hope cyber ll b a future hot spot since many big corp investing there.

Tamarind is a gd name.

With nett psf at bout 800, its stil doable. If not mistaken, the cyber sthg garden by Mahsing oso selling around tis price.

Btw, shaftsbury retail units r asking for 1k - 1.2k psf depend on visibility. So far havnt heard of any transaction there but offers r coming in every wk. Guess owners r waiting for a beta gain.

Bro me just kuci miao in cj. Exploring cj but stil no guts to put my bet the 2nd time. Not to say no confident but reckon there r alwiz more option with the same pricing.

Eg. My shaftsbury at 1k psf today. If I din buy it yrs back, I might choose sthg else for 1k but nearer to city. Or 1.2k for gd units in shatsbury today, I would rather buy another arcadia in dpc, or velocity in kl, or nexis in kd.

1 thg important in commi especially in cj, buy early, hold longer.

Buy props tat fit ur portfolio. In my prop list, I dun hav resi other than own stay house. Dunno y. Just dunfeel like playing with resi. Maybe not gd in taking care of resi tenants gua. Hehe. Vely mafan hor.

Boss, usually commi players nvr b classified as big ticket players. There r many resi players who r holding few bungalow in damansara heights, bangsar, and some even hold unit(s) in all dpc projects. Yeah those r even more daring. notworthy.gif

In commi, v hav low entry eg. single storey shops aged 20 yr old cost 700k. Or ofis building worth 30mil. Or monster size factory with few acres in land size which easily cost 20mil. sweat.gif

Reckon, its just how u wanna build ur portfolio. 1 can hav 30 resi props worth 20 mil or 4 commi worth 5mil each. Both r taikor class. drool.gif

I'm so happen I dun fancy resi but instead commi. Look at my shaftsbury. Cost 1mil bacak in early 2010. Some MS products oledi selling at 1.1mil back then. So commi players not necessary a big ticket players. brows.gif

CJ just need time. True tat chinese population is pretty low for now. However, gd infra ll attract more chinese in the future.

Those who bot earlier ll definitely enjoy the paper gain. For own stayers, gd if work nearby. Not necessary work in CJ. Distance to puchong or kembangan or nilai or even kajang is not too far. Some ppl live in putra heights oso work in CJ. So no prob if vice versa.

Mex brought convenience for those work in kl. But congestion at the end of mex is pathetic in the working hrs. But I assume everywhere oso almost the same during peak hrs.

So CJ to me is not too bad la.
