According to REM magazine May issue, Cyberjaya premier prop showcase closed approx RM31million of sales... equal to approx 20units landed or 40units condo in 2 days...

I believe many more are coming in because consider the market now, ppl generally wont make a million dollar decision in just 2 days or book immediately after they visit cyberjaya...

There is no sifu in property, all so call "sifus" only know how to talk. The real sifus are those with tons of money to invest.

I opt to differ. Based on the tenants list. The target market likely for middle-up class consumers.
If can attract those working in CBJ but living outside, then got chansi la!

For Jaya to stay long, need those expats to work and stay in CBJ.. goods selling in Jaya is pricy for normal local.. I'll go for fine dine once a while but not shopping there even I'm living here.. tongue.gif
