CBJ land use.. most of small plots of residential land are now highrise.. a lot of commercial land building service apartment and SOXO...

Highrise is built for developer to get more profit..

mines serve for serdang/sgbesi/sk population while jusco serve cheras south (cheras perdana, hussein onn, len sen, anggerik, connaught) population.. each has their own market imho.. balakong ppl are fortunate to hav both nearby..

more soho, more highrise, more density, more student.. this is opposite EcoGlades

still no news on mnc but plenty of new soho n colleges.. with so many soho, is this sustainable?

High pay are minority, but majority houses in cyber are high price.. got wat I mean..

Notice most buyers/investors r not from here.. only come here on weekends to see sales gallery
