i worked in cbj in 2007-2008.
recently went to cbj saja-saja. it has changed and developed A LOT. |

There's a different mindset between people who buy for invest, and people who buy for own stay...
For invest, let's leave it to investors to comment... But for own stay, I'd say Cbj is a great place to stay, for those who wants a comfortable and peaceful living... Goldmine or not, that doesn't matter to people who buy for own stay... |

what ghost town? i think cbj has decent entertainment with cinema in the pipeline...oh well, maybe not to those who like go clubbing or disco, which is not my cup of tea... the peaceful surrounding in cbj with a couple of f&b outlets and shopping mall is more important for me....
