i dont theres any new launching at 200k right now...realistically cheapest new launch soho/studio with less know developer starts at 250k onwards...reputable developer studio/soho unit rm300k-340k(usually semi furnish)...

When all studio / SOHO / SOFO etc V in next 3 years - tell me the vacancy rate again.
