Hi bro, are u staying in seri kembangan ? actually this is not truly right...

for eg. how u know sunway pyramid & empire subang serve which area of population? and my initial point was, we cant compare dpulze with ioi city mall...

more than 5km ? from the mines to cheras selatan aeon (not makhota cheras aeon) ? just all the way straight....seriously if i drive 80kmj, from the mines to cheras selatan i can make it within a min...

HOME buyers who place a premium on family and generational living need look no further than Country Heights Holdings Bhd’s latest development, Mansion Park.

Located within Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor status city, Cyberjaya, Mansion Park is a gated and guarded residence, featuring spacious signature villas that ensure ample personal space and privacy for every family member.

Founded in 1984, Country Heights is a property conglomerate whose core businesses fall within the divisions of property development; property investment; and hospitality, leisure and health.

Within these divisions, Country Heights is the catalyst behind some of Malaysia’s most successful developments including the Mines Resort City, and soon to be transformed into the Mines Wellness City, as well as upmarket residences across Damansara and Kajang, among many others. Mansion Park at Cyberjaya is set to be another feather in the corporation’s cap.

Developed on 6.96 acres of freehold land, Mansion Park is a low-density residence, offering just 72 units of 3-storey Signature Villas. With built-up areas ranging from 4,085 to 5,363sq ft, Mansion Park villas come with 5+1 bedrooms, including a dual master bedroom as well as a 20ft linear garden at the backyard, making them the ideal home choice for those seeking to forge closer family ties.

Besides that, each villa features an innovative design, incorporating a ceiling height of 13ft and large floor-to-ceiling windows, thus enhancing the feeling of spaciousness and maximising the use of natural lighting.

“At Country Heights, we know that there is much joy in living with family and sharing in each other’s lives. However, choices are limited for big families who not only want to live together, but also seek a luxurious and quality lifestyle. As such, Mansion Park focuses on the generational living concept where different generations can live together in the same home, without compromising on life’s luxuries such as comfortable living spaces amid lush landscape set within the green belt in Cyberjaya,” said Dianna Lee the group CEO of Country Heights.

Accessibility is also a key feature at Mansion Park, as the residence is connected by major highways including the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Maju Expressway (MEX), North South Expressway Central Link (Elite), Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) and Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway (PLUS).

Additionally, Mansion Park is well-served by quality educational institutions like the Seri Puteri Boarding School, Sekolah Kebangsaan and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Cyberjaya, ELC International School, the Cyberjaya University College of Medical Science, Kolej Internexia, Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, University Malaysia and the Kirkby International College.

Shopping and recreational activities are also within a short distance away at the Cyberjaya Street Mall and Alamanda Shopping Centre plus the upcoming new mall in Cyberjaya, The Pulse.
