I purchased a unit at Citadines D'pulze recently. If the demand for serviced residence is strong in cyber, I m looking to buy more.

Last year my fren told me that ang mo in Hewlett packard start leaving...due to the high salary and HP cut cost...summore they based in MY by contract basis...let me check and let u know...

those MNC in cyber is unlike those MNC in KL, operate in a tall building...just share the IT & FIn hub of Hewlett Packard, let those ppl who never visit cyber to feel how is CBJ or MNC in Cyber looks like

i think you are wrong.
Financially strong ang mo / family type likes only landed with greenery living environment especially those with resort feeling.
Those staying in high rise - mainly are single or couple with tight budget.
No offence - that's how my Aus houses being rented out.

I think there is more supply than demand in Cyberjaya since there is many new upcoming project. To flip a property is the wrong choice instead to collect rental income wud be a better choice and to wait for property value to appreciate as more MNC's or new companies open their branch over there than it would lure more expat's/locals to work and stay there

Honestly if u ask me....i dont hope that ppl move to cyber is bcos of MNC company, is bcos cyber is really a good place to stay instead...even they working in KL area...my vision to cyber is a place like desa park city..

Yup. i agree. ang mo like landed. In singapore, not many landed to rent, so ang mo will normally rent ground floor unit with big patio, or big condo unit with 4 bedrooms.

I think most of the buyers dont buy cyber because of MNC.
It's good to have MNC but not necessary must have.
Cyber is more treated like a HER area.
