got the confirmation that the road will open access link from kiara road to segambut dalam road, the open link will be next to the condo. The whole building are residential unit, asking price 8-900psf.

Not sure it is a gd thing to open it up.

Where do you get the confirmation? It's going to be a stupid decision to make the link, however, with the wisdom of our government, it's wont be too surprise if they make such decision

Than, staying in this twy will be a nightmare as it locate right on the gate of heaven and hell

once the link open, this will be the nightmare especially for the residents stay along jalan duta kiara...

and maybe it's a good news for residents at jalan kiara 3 as many traffic will divert to jalan duta kiara thru the link...

They should make segambut dalam exit from dutamas and let mk stay at there it is now

Segambut dalam still got tons of undeveloped land to go, no way jalan duta kiara can support the future development of segambut dalam

just back from developer office ...small unit sold out. im thinking to buy 821sqft 1+1 room but only 1 bathroom. and the size is actually same with 660sqft. just 821sqft extend more on 2nd floor. 1385sqft is actually not bad but balcony and master bedroom facing east and west means u cant avoid noisy of highway..

Heard price went up 3% when open to public. What's the psf price like after discount?

is quite good buy with everything almost FREE.... just need bring your cloth move in after completion...

Visited the sales gallery at Ara Damansara before New years and was told that the smallest units were blocked off for official launch so it's not exactly sold out save for units booked by internal staff and business associates. Sticker game-ish there. Also access is via Jalan Kiara therefore the location is quite central. Only thing is that it doesn't have good facing units - either NKVE or MK28. Overall impression, yes can buy!
