I think Bolton oso owns the piece of land next to MK Meridin, opposite MK28. Squatters all cleared away last year, waiting for announcement for launch. Unlikely this piece though as its bit small.

DIBS? No Developer? Not Sunrise Layout? Duplex. Location? Next to highway Access? If Jalan Kiara 3, then it will go the way of all the condos along that road. If from Jalan Dua Kiara, then way better. Unlikely two entry and unlikely Jalan Duta Kiara will be connected to Jalan Kiara 3, or else traffic will be very bad. Can sell? Sure.
