600 sf for duplex is pretty small, rite?

400 sf downstairs n 200 sf upstairs?

Good suggestion...sometimes I also use the Mont Kiara-Sri Bintang short cut to go DPC...seems like not many people know this route yet as have to pass through hard core indon kampung

Visited the site today

Is the access after MK 28? There is now a small narrow road that car also cannot pass through sloping down which lead to the Indonesian kampung at end of Jalan Kiara 3...

If you take Jalan Kiara 3, after Kiara 9 pass through the Indonesian kampung u can see the site on the right and a flyover running above

One side is facing the PLUS highway

Contemporary and trendy show unit for 821 sf, 2 rooms, fully fitted including curtains, excluding mattress and bedsheet

662 sf unit only left 2 when I visited. On level 23A, net price RM662k or RM1000 psf. Highest floor at 26th

Each floor up RM4k, north south orientation

Comparatively, 821 sf on 10th floor at RM682k, RM20k more but face MK28

Mostly units left are those facing highway but told double glazed window will be provided

There will be a phase 2 with different concept

Close to 100% provided that u do not open the windows or need to on the air cond while u are inside tongue.gif

For 662 sf, due to the void area, the bedroom is quite far from the windows actually

come to think of it, 484 units on 2 acres land, that's 242 units per acre...supreme high density

3 basement and 6 elevated car park, u can imagine the density again on 2 acres land...

Not forgetting phase 2 next to it with similar density for sure
