Confirmed with SA, there's no link between Jln duta kiara n Jln kiara 3. Good news, entrance only from Jln duta kiara. Welcome Twy to be one of the first tier location MK condo.

Went today the sales gallery
The higher the floor the more expensive. 21 floor above get 2 carparks. The below get 1 carpark. Rm945 psf for 23rd floor. 21st fllor aboit 920 psf. 12 floor rm800 plus psf. Only remember these few floors. Concept is i would say one of the good ones i have seen. Metropark in subang jaya asking price is already rm850 psf so i guess its a good buy here |

By the way, according to the lady its more than 50% over sold. Still not open to public yet. Only next week opening to public. Overall i really like this. Comes with bosch hood hob & fridge. No tv & washing machine given. Toilet fittings are kohler & hansgrohe. Timber wood flooring
