Hi CMW kor...I have differrent view wo...as what I know, they will construct a multilevel carpark to counter the problem of slope land, and in actual fact, if they can utilize the slope land wisely, they can design a functional multilevel carpark, means the entry from Jln Kiara 3 goes to the lowest level whereas the entrance besides MK28 goes to middle level of the carpark.
Assuming that total level of carpark already higher than the plus highway, so all those units or facility floor will be above the highway.
With the further development around Jln Kiara 3, this project serve 2 entrance/exit -- Jln Kiara 3 and road besides MK 28.
Furthermore, there is no small duplex in Mont Kiara (big duplex yes, like Vivaldi, lumina kiara), make it value added, fully furnished somemore.
The only things is it price range, and what kind of promotion package the developer provide...
So once this condo is up, jalan kiara 3 basically can forget about making a direct link to jalan duta kiara
