Boss, fully furnished price? If strip off furnishing (you are the best in this exercise tongue.gif ), how much to deduct from the psf price?

What is the net price if any rebate?

Clue: no parking provided n need to rent from management? Maintenance fee RM0.50psf?

since its in mount kiara.. so if the price isn't the biggest turn off then i guess its the layout..

Layout? Duplex.
Location? Next to highway
Access? If Jalan Kiara 3, then it will go the way of all the condos along that road. If from Jalan Dua Kiara, then way better. Unlikely two entry and unlikely Jalan Duta Kiara will be connected to Jalan Kiara 3, or else traffic will be very bad.

Can sell? Sure. BBB mood is still here.

kochin kor, we have no idea on the package offered and also details floor plan ... it's hard for us to tell u what we like/dislike. with limited info, i'm quite like the price & size as it's within my budget.
