DIBS? No Developer? Not Sunrise Layout? Duplex. Location? Next to highway Access? If Jalan Kiara 3, then it will go the way of all the condos along that road. If from Jalan Dua Kiara, then way better. Unlikely two entry and unlikely Jalan Duta Kiara will be connected to Jalan Kiara 3, or else traffic will be very bad. Can sell? Sure. BBB mood is still here. |
