just back from developer office ...small unit sold out. im thinking to buy 821sqft 1+1 room but only 1 bathroom. and the size is actually same with 660sqft. just 821sqft extend more on 2nd floor. 1385sqft is actually not bad but balcony and master bedroom facing east and west means u cant avoid noisy of highway..
