For the noise i was told by the sales person double glass at your window to prevent the noise

So are there balconies? Will be tough if windows remain closed all the time...

Seems like no balconies except certain floors they have like small garden balconies with pond. I forgot which floor tongue.gif

Toilet is hand wash basin next to the shower. Handwash basin is in between shower area (left) & Toilet bowl (right) - if u can visualize it

your mentioned price is for the 660sft size, or some bigger 820 / 1300 sft size? smaller size units tend to have a higher PSF price tag...

At this kinda price levels, wonder if verve and Tiffany would be a better buy actually. Or even arcoris would seem like a better buy. Any thoughts?

Acroris SOHO is selling at 1000PSF++ now with RM4k cash back per month for 2 years from developer.

But is not FF and no fix car park (have to pay rental after 4 years).

I call the sales office asking, they salesman said package still not confirm, to be announce this weekend?

maintenance fee is high though, rm0.40 psf...

I see the location next to PLUS highway.....so the traffic / noise really 24x7, means need to long time ON the aircond....then would ppl prefer to rent from Arcoris / Verve Suite compare to this?? how is the Verve Suite rental market currently? see PROPWALL a lot 450sft unit asking for 2-2.5k (or selling price 5xxK)

As they start the construction end of this year. biggrin.gif

With discount rebate to pay the progressive interest too.

662 sf unit only left 2 when I visited. On level 23A, net price RM662k or RM1000 psf. Highest floor at 26th

Each floor up RM4k, north south orientation

Comparatively, 821 sf on 10th floor at RM682k, RM20k more but face MK28

Mostly units left are those facing highway but told double glazed window will be provided

There will be a phase 2 with different concept
