I believe this developer will take this into deep consideration also. So I think the noise is really not a big deal.

Ah, so that's the only disadvantage of buying the unit on the same floor as the water tank - only the potential noise?

Some investor will avoid m&e floor... Any discount in terms of pricing for this floor?

Phase 1: price RM 766k+, discount 10% + 6% non dibs + 3% PAL, nett price = RM 620k+.
Phase 2: price RM 835k+, discount 10% + 6% non dibs, nett price = RM 701k+.

Increase compared to PALS:

Price increase: RM 81k+.
Percentage increase: 13%+.

How to support? Especially Phase 1 not open to public at all.

Of course the staff will have privelege in any way because that's normally the case in any of the company. Can't make big huuu haaa right...

Think those Japaneses are better than Koreans tat mostly occupied at Nautica....Most of Koreans half way cabut....tats y last time a lot of lelong units for Nautica...

After tat case, Sunway mayb find Japanese as their developement partnership.....
