I believe this developer will take this into deep consideration also. So I think the noise is really not a big deal.

Ah, so that's the only disadvantage of buying the unit on the same floor as the water tank - only the potential noise?

Phase 1: price RM 766k+, discount 10% + 6% non dibs + 3% PAL, nett price = RM 620k+.
Phase 2: price RM 835k+, discount 10% + 6% non dibs, nett price = RM 701k+.

Increase compared to PALS:

Price increase: RM 81k+.
Percentage increase: 13%+.

How to support? Especially Phase 1 not open to public at all.

Think those Japaneses are better than Koreans tat mostly occupied at Nautica....Most of Koreans half way cabut....tats y last time a lot of lelong units for Nautica...
