Base on the pricing, the premium for lake view approx. RM 25K+ onwards depending on size. Extra study area ( ~ 100sqft ) add RM 100K+, extra one room ( ~200sqft ) add RM 240K+.
What will be the expected rental for 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms at this area and what about in 2017 ? Any experienced taikos appreciate your comments. Is this area oversupplied or still under supplied?  shall wait for Block B, will be good if we know what to expect if really have chance to book later. Calculation should be x0.9 x0.97 x 0.94 =628,594.92
Vs =706,410 Different ~ 78k Anyway still a big different. |
