my view is after BRT added, everything will become different, as BRT will be a game changer.... but how is KL people look at Sunway? is a high standrd living place? or just another normal living area?
as I'm not in KL more than 10 yrs since last time studied in KL. coz look at the developed, and developing plan, no place like this through out msia... even in singapore i dont know have such a good integration of job....

very good question coz i flew from abu dhabi to buy my unit!! havent been living in KL for 5 years..in my opinion, the BRT is a very good selling point!!! hope it's a good investment. Even if it's not, i wouldnt mind living next to sunway pyramid after retirement icon_idea.gif

if sunway geo retail set another kind of high standard in sunway/KL, i think definitely rental yield will be awesome for geo residence. If 1 day I came back to KL, live for myself also not bad. and knowing that havard may come in to sunway, if this bcome true, this will be the 1st in ASEAN.

more than 50 units were reserved to japanese investors, got chinese indonesians bought the units as well...singaporeans also got...got Malaysian couple which working at Singapore bought 2 biggest units...

B4 Geo, I had looked a lot of projects, One Central at DPC, Fennel at Sentul, KL Gateway at Bangsar South, Tropicana garden at Kota Damansara... all about similar price... but Geo is leasehold compared others which is freehold...

But eventually, I still choose Geo...cos for investment, this project can make it.... icon_rolleyes.gif

Geo retail will be next Giza Sunway or jaya 33...tat for sure

This project wont go wrong ...

U can rent it out to students, profesionals ets...

Own stay also not bad...everything at ur door step....

Agreed....fully agreed.... at first place I'm planning buy at other place, but happen to c this sunway geo and do some research, and BRT is an amazing idea as human flow will be so easy... with all those colleges, students, lecturers, doctors, shop owners.... what a good job from sunway

M staying at Nautica.

I truely love South Quay. Access is superb....going to NPE, Federal Highway, Kesas, LDP is soooo convenient.
Afraid of traffic jam last time but been living there for a few months now, no problem at all, only slight traffic at certain times.

The lake is only accessible for resident of South Quay and very nice. I normally goes feeding the fish and tortoise in the weekends. Now it is still very quiet as South Quay only have resident in Bayrocks and Nautica.

Good to hear the nice of South Quay from you. But the access of the lake entrance is only at Bayrocks? so guard will check for your residential status before they let u in?

nautica is really best buy....u bought it subsale or first buyer?

Actually Im not so familiar with SSQ...just think tat for orang kaya place...haha

But after BRT and upgrading works on exisiting roads done at 2015...i think the traffic jam will be solved...

I use the access on the right....at the roundabout....go right. The road is close but you can walk in. The guards does round the lake and will ask for resident card if they do not know you.

Have not triead accessing through Bayrocks.....don't think can enter if not staying there.

the day i purchased my sunway geo at menara sunway, then i also go 1 round the lake, seem like very nice ... but anybody also could drive into the round about road.....without any checking

any 1 know what is the differences between Flexi Suite and Geo Residence? could flexi suites will affect the geo residence rental? how do you think?
