If it is really RM 900-950 psf, then I believe it would be comes with huge rebates.

I think SSQ 1300-1600 sq ft medium large unit range is going to hit RM 700 psf soon, esp if A'Marine is going to be success in sub-sales and rental market, would be hitting RM 750 psf ... if it does, then the limited units of 800-900+ sq feet small units at Geo Residence then might worth at least RM 900 psf.

Sunway Geo Residence will be east west orientation

The west side will have the lake view. However, there is another piece of land before Bayrocks and hence when they construct another project on that land, the lake view will be blocked.

SA will answer you, no worries lah, the future project will be lowrise. I asked unlikely rite, becoz of such a prime land. The SA will say if that's the case then buy high floor so wouldn't block. The I said for investment should go for low and mid floors, rite. Then the SA answered anyway, it will be several years before the future project is up.

Each unit will come together with minimum two car park bays.  But indicative maintenance fee is a whooping 50 sen psf! That's extremely expensive.  Now will hv to really reconsider whether to buy. Even 829 sf hv to pay more than Rm400 per mth just for maintenance.

I added in the additional 3% discount for staff actually. Accompanied a friend to purchase over the weekend, and he was entitled for it since he works with the Sunway group. Yeap, you are right, for the ordinary purchaser(s) like you and me, nothing in Geo is less than RM800 psf.

Honestly for Sunway standard the price for smaller units is  reasonable

Went to check the layout... 3 smallest size 800+ and 900+ the layout damn nice
For 900+ sf, is not just 2 rooms but 2+ 1...the extra 1 can be converted into a room and got window somemore
So is 2+1 room, 2 bath, 2 car park, and got balcony some more

Ekocheras 800+ sf layout is damn kau lousy compare to this Geo...dunno what kind lousy architech Ekivest hire
