Looking at the subsale price of completed big condo, feels like Malaysian is still quite conservative with mining land.

Is the whole area mining land? Or only those lands where bungalow located?

Sometimes I wonder whats the point of being a PAL when there are even more associates and staff competing with you with far better advantages...

Only one concern, all these VVVIP PAL are super loaded, what is brothers & sisters game plan for this investment?

Then Sunway can be awarded as one of the most LPPL developer, regardless of how good the product is. Haha.

Big boss, this round I differ:

Phase 1: price RM 766k+, discount 10% + 6% non dibs + 3% PAL, nett price = RM 620k+.
Phase 2: price RM 835k+, discount 10% + 6% non dibs, nett price = RM 701k+.

Increase compared to PALS:

Price increase: RM 81k+.
Percentage increase: 13%+.

How to support? Especially Phase 1 not open to public at all.

Good project. PALS huat-ah.
