Security is good....all under sunway own security, so all local and no foreign security guards.
Maintenance + sinking fund 0.35 cents I think....cause pay whole year so lower got discount.
Have not check rental recently, but earlier this year when I check, easily got offer for 3500 for 1392sf unit....students.
Agent told me not hard to get above 4k too if wait for a while, and if reno nicely can go above 5k.

Give u another reason to support Sunway as they really listen to demand out there...very rare for developer nowadays
