Went there last Tuesday...and grab one unit of Geo Resisdence Tower A...but of course is the biggest buit-up and
previous buyer loan rejected...

Still prefer smaller unit but heard tat this coming Saturday got balloting for Tower B...but unfortunenately Im not PAL...

and the chance to get small unit for public is nearly zero....

So in order not to miss out, decide go for biggest unit.. blush.gif

Previously get a loan approved for KL Gateway-Premium Tower...but decided go for Geo Residence thumbup.gif

If cannot get small unit for Tower B..then will stick for Tower A biggest unit...

A lot of people Kam cheong afraid cannot get the unit during balloting tomorrow... Inclusive me ... Hehe.. Tats y bigger unit at Tower A also sapu all...
Fortunately oledi booked one big unit... Hope my loan will approve...
Tomolo also will go there try luck to get smaller unit.. Less than 1 mil ... If not... Die die also take booked unti at Tower A...

Yup for tower B...balloting will start 8.30am for staffs and PALS...meanwhile for public start at 12.30pm...
Surely all small units will sapu habis first....
Tower B expensive about 5% according SA..

Small unit all sapu...actually go there balloting for small unit.. Big unit 1388 & 1496 sqft still got a lots...

Failed to get 1119sf... Not interested to get 2rooms and facing city..
But last Tuesday oledi booked 1496sf Tower A... Then just go for Tower A...
For tower B , big unit 1388 sf many booked.. But 1496 sf none.. Mayb very expensive n side facing tower A...

Not thinking to sell it... Now very hard to get prime location n project like this...n price still below 800psf...after discount
May take it as second home ... N for children when they studying at college near by ....

A lot of developers will chop u Kaw Kaw when their project at slightly good location or near MRT.... Easily they will charge u over 800psf...

MOT charge based on snp price... Is based on 1.38mil.. Not 200k

829 got 2 rooms... Mayb around 3k...

Selling point of Geo Residences... Walking distance to retails, public transport, amenities ....

Some more ... Surrounded by International communities ..

Ya .. Local people will say.. "Wah... So expensive to buy leasehold condo..."

But rental rate at Sunway can be say one of the highest around PJ ...

Hmm...just thinking to rent the room seperately....more affortable for individual professional or student...

I think people dun mind to pay 1500 per month for standard room and 2000 for studio for the place like Geo...
