Tower A 1496sf b4 discount ... I din take DIBS.. So additional 6% discount...
Total 16% discount ^^

1.38mil I prefer buy landed property.... eg: USJ height

829 got 2 rooms... Mayb around 3k...

Selling point of Geo Residences... Walking distance to retails, public transport, amenities ....

Some more ... Surrounded by International communities ..

Ya .. Local people will say.. "Wah... So expensive to buy leasehold condo..."

But rental rate at Sunway can be say one of the highest around PJ ...

with addition of that, Taylor, Monash and Sunway all surrounded at that area and currently in expansion (Sunway and Monash)

For own stay, yes, USJ Heights for sure.

For investment, I would say Sunway Geo is my preferred choice due to its location as compared with USJ Heights.

Just one unit transacted at 580psf at Nautica.....best price....urgent sales from Korean owner.....wonder why buy Geo big units when can still find gems in Nautica and A'marine subsale.

When I trying to locate banner for tower B yesterday, nothing left, I think SOLD OUT during Saturday.
