The layout design for Geo emphasis more to room space...

Hmm...just thinking to rent the room seperately....more affortable for individual professional or student...

and at the same time can get more rental...hehe brows.gif

I think people dun mind to pay 1500 per month for standard room and 2000 for studio for the place like Geo...

Hmmm...counting $$$ cool2.gif

This is the photo taken from a day after TOWER A launched to staff, yes STAFF only...

When I trying to locate banner for tower B yesterday, nothing left, I think SOLD OUT during Saturday.

That's what I am saying. A'marine and Nautica still got good units at good psf price if u willing to seek and bargain. Imagine....don't think all of them can hold ....sure got ppl wanna let go if u want big units.

For me, if Geo....only go for the small ones. Big units might as well go for subsales. Both A'marine and Nautica only 200+ units each, much lower density and exclusive than Geo. My 2 cents

No doubt Nautica & Amarine got lower density..n price psf..
But is more emphasis on family resort living style..

Geo well integrated with retails, businesses, BRT, educations...etc..
The market aim for working professionals, Students, expatriates, ...
Tats y Geo design for smaller size buit up.. For bigger built up, come with dual key system .. Which owner has option to rent out room separately...
Target market is different ...

If I am student or working professional , I will choose Geo...

Bro, Amarine and Nautica just next to Geo Residence and maybe another 5-10 mins walk to Geo malls and BRT station, for big units, RM600psf vs RM800psf, that's almost close to RM300k difference hmm.gif

compare it with other projects with so-called walking distance to LRT/MRT... and you will see that the distance between these few condos in SSQ are just a stone's throw away... and i am not kidding that you can throw a real stone and it will reach the other condo...

They small unit for Geo is good.
Another point is for the big units, to get good rentals would probably need to target expats . The place would surely attract lots of students who can afford, one would wonder if the expats would want to live in a place full of students. Nautica currently got good mix of local family, expats and students

What are the disadvantages on being the same floor as the water tank? Noise problems? Any danger/risk?

If the noise is the only concern, then not only the same floor will be affected, right? 1 floor below and upper will also be affected of the noise, right?
