Why you said so BRT is waste or money? If I am taking LRT or KTM to work and stay near to BRT, definitely i will take BRT then to LRT or KTM.

GEO not paying too.

For someone who has the means to buy a 800K condo and at the same time takes the KTM to go to work doesn't seem to make sense...maybe u are the rare species one.

Yes. i agree to you. Sometime i just hate traffic jam...everyday i have to stuck in jam for more than 1.5 hour to reach office. i have car too but i prefer to use public transport especially LRT and looking forward the new BRT + LRT or MRT to office.

I don't think BRT is a waste of money.

I give Sunway Property a thumb up for doing such development in a neat way. Just wonder why Bandar Sunway is not bigger by few more times.

Just informed by loan lawyer that will receive the schedule of payment 2(a) 10% anytime in September. Slower the better, no need to service interest.

Just curious, was nautica or a'marine completion delayed? Reason being LaCosta VP has been delayed for 4-5 months, and keep on delaying? Thought Sunway projects will not have this sort of issues or even if delay give an accurate completion target date

But there are cases, where the developer can give a hard time to the buyer, delaying tactics etc, when claiming LD, was reading an article on star last sat under "Land & Property". Hopefully Sunway are not those type of developer...

Natman sifu, unfortunately no. Couldn't get GEO 1.

Its one of my radar for own stay bcz my other half like this place a lot due to near Pyramid and accessibility to KL. Maybe one day in the future, now knot get loan leg.

Boss, i just get a small one 65+ yesterday in geo 2 thinking if i should upgrade to bigger unit 900+. so confident of this geo. its has everything nearby
