Thank's for that adress happy.gif , I and my friends already gone there... For non bumiputera just gets 5 % . Unless you are Sunway club may be plus 3 % ( sorry not sure). If bumiputera you can get 7% + 5 % = 12 % . The location is good and VIP ..but the price wow..! If you have over budget that is a good investment.

Today , when I go to show room GEO 2 . The promoter said the small unit allready have a few unit ( limited). The sell allready 70 % at all. The selling unit for 1 day is very fast happy.gif.

Geo 2 , if you have money. It's very2 good invest . Have the shop lot and office . Near hospital Sunway and university. Berbaloi if you bought it's , so sad my budget so limit, if not I directly bought it friends.
