When come to pre launch for PAL and later to the registrant, the selling is thru ballot or first come first served basis?

I read the latest issue of Property lnsight magazine, there is a very comprehensive cover story about SSQ. From the detailed advertisement, geo will have 2 blocks of 30 storey which will have a direct access to Geo shopping mall via a secure bridge.

I would say yes and I will definitely going in. The problem is whether can get it or not is another issue. With so many projects around the vicinity such as BRT, university expansion, grade A office, new traffic access and so on. After 4 years, I will foresee that this is the most preferred place for students & expatriates within PJ, SJ ,SW & PC area.

With estimated 60,000 student population around the area. Don't under estimate their basic needs. Nowadays, they r talking about life style and safety.

Maybe yes only for students who are studying in Sunway and SJ. How many expatriates would actually choose to stay in Sunway and Subang? Can you please shed some light?

Grade A office, which has a high demand and most of them are located in KLCC area.The Pinnacle Sunway is one of them. That's mean, it has potential to attract MNC relocate to SW. Do u know that there is another transformation going on next to the Pinnacle? GDC of 1.5 bil for another 3 blocks of office tower is planned at the open car park. What I try to tell is Geo residences is located at super location that meet many criteria to attract expatriate to stay here when all the existing developments completed after 4 years.

Yes, I agree. The marketing team need to do somwthing after spend 350 mil for it. This is the article in The Edge.

Type A-829 sf, 2 units per floor, 30 floors will have 60 units, minus 30% reserve, then only left 42 unit.

I'm going too.
Need to issue 20K cheque, fill up a form, then only allow to participate in the balloting process. Successful registrant then will choose a unit of the choice within a given time frame. Only 8 units allocated for the Sunway facebook fans to buy.

I'm joining but i was told by the sale person that Sat is for the vvip PALS(existing SSQ buyer) , Sun only for normal PALS. So Sat or Sun?

If I'm not mistaken, urban suites is not a service apartment, it is for office use just like the flexi suite. Just only it has a small built up with multiple storeys.
